UK Trading Academy Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Introduction

    • Welcome to the UK Trading Academy Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read them carefully.

    2. Commission Structure

    • ProTrader and Forex Basics: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the course price.

    • MBA in Financial Trading: Commission is calculated as 10% of the net amount (sales price minus a £1,000 accreditation fee).

    • Commissions apply only to confirmed, fully paid course enrollments made via your unique affiliate link.

    3. Withdrawal Policy

    • The minimum withdrawal amount is £1,000.

    • Affiliates may make one withdrawal per calendar month.

    • Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the official affiliate portal. Payments will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

    4. Affiliate Obligations

    • Affiliates must use approved marketing materials provided by UK Trading Academy.

    • Affiliates shall not misrepresent UK Trading Academy, its services, or make false claims.

    • Affiliates must comply with all relevant advertising and marketing laws in their region.

    • Any unethical or deceptive practices may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

    5. Disclaimer & Liability

    • UK Trading Academy is not responsible for any representations, claims, or guarantees made by affiliates.

    • Affiliates must not mislead potential customers or make false promises regarding UK Trading Academy’s services.

    • Affiliates act as independent parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of UK Trading Academy.

    • UK Trading Academy is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal actions arising from an affiliate’s actions.

    6. Termination

    UK Trading Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at its sole discretion, including but not limited to breaches of these terms and conditions.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
