By purchasing any of the UK Trading Academy courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation in the course. Please read these carefully.

2. Forex Basics Course Terms and Conditions

• Non-Refundable: Once you purchase the Forex Basics course, you will receive immediate access to all educational materials and any associated downloadable software. As the course content is provided and the software is available for download upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. ProTrader Course Terms and Conditions

• Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel your purchase of the ProTrader course, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment only.

• No Refunds After 7 Days: After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided for either monthly or yearly payment plans. By continuing with the course after the initial 7 days, you agree to pay all subsequent payments as outlined in your selected plan.

4. MBA in Financial Trading Terms and Conditions

• Non-Refundable: Once payment is made for the MBA in Financial Trading, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the requirement to register the participant with the accreditation body Aspire, which binds the individual to the course for one full year.

5. Eagle AI Trade Opportunities Terms and Conditions

• Refund Policy: You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchasing the Eagle AI Trade Opportunities service. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided as you will have recieved trade opportunities that you will have been able to use.

6. Amendments

UK Trading Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any amendments will be communicated via email and updated on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
