UK Trading Academy - Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing or enrolling on any course, programme or digital product provided by UK Trading Academy Ltd (“UKTA”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms apply to all UKTA educational products and services unless a separate agreement or specific product terms apply.
- Trade Opportunities is a separate product from our educational courses and is governed by its own Terms & Conditions, available within the Trade Opportunities app.
2. Course Access and Digital Content
- All UKTA courses are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Access to course materials, videos, software, downloads and online learning resources is provided for the sole use of the enrolled student.
- Where immediate access to digital content is provided, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately following purchase.
- Course access is granted to one individual only and must not be shared with any other person.
3. Payments
- Payment must be made in accordance with the payment option selected at enrolment.
- Where a payment plan has been agreed, you are responsible for making all scheduled payments. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or termination of access to your course until your account has been brought up to date.
- UKTA reserves the right to cancel enrolment where payment obligations are not met.
4. Refund Policy
- Due to immediate access to all digital course materials, downloadable software, and associated resources upon enrolment — and because registration with our accrediting body, KHDA, is completed and paid for immediately upon your purchase — all UKTA courses (Forex Basics, Intermediate Trader, and ProTrader) are non-refundable once enrolment is complete. We’d encourage you to review the course syllabus and get in touch with any questions before purchasing, since access and registration begin immediately.
5. Accredited Progammes
- Forex Basics, Intermediate Trader, and ProTrader are accredited programmes, approved by KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority), Dubai’s educational regulatory body.
- Students are responsible for completing the required coursework, assessments and examinations within the applicable programme period.
- Your KHDA qualification and CPD certificate will only be issued once both of the following conditions have been met:
- (a) the minimum number of educational hours required for your course, as tracked within your student members area, has been completed; and
- (b) all required examinations have been completed and passed with a mark of 60% or higher.
- Students who do not pass an examination on their first attempt may resit that examination up to 2 further times (a maximum of 3 attempts in total per exam).
- Accreditation is subject to meeting the assessment standards required by KHDA.
