Yannis Karipsiadis joins UKTA as Global Strategic Partner, bringing a rare combination of engineering discipline, corporate turnaround leadership, and frontier finance experience to the Academy’s international growth.
Trained as an engineer in the United States — with academic grounding from Northeastern University, Bentley University, and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and Engineering — Yannis built his career on the same principle UKTA is known for: strip away the noise and focus on what actually works. That approach carried him through a stint as Turnaround Interim CEO across seven countries in the healthcare sector, before he moved into wealth management and technology investment.
Today, Yannis as one of his many roles is Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder at The Binary Holdings, a Web3 infrastructure company reaching over 160 million users across Asia, and a Senior Wealth Advisor at Holborn Assets, where he specialises in pre-IPO technology deals and digital-asset strategy for the expatriate and international investor community. Based in Dubai, he sits at the intersection of traditional wealth management and the next generation of financial technology.
As UKTA’s Global Strategic Partner, Yannis will help extend the Academy’s reach into new markets and investor networks, connecting UKTA’s education and managed-account services with the international, tech-forward audience he’s spent his career serving.
