Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

  • By subscribing to UK Trading Academy’s Trade Opportunities service (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not subscribe or access the Service.

2. Subscription

  • The Trade Opportunities subscription is charged at £97.00 per month.
  • Your subscription automatically renews every month until cancelled.
  • Payments are collected using your chosen payment method on the monthly renewal date.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid.

3. Nature of the Service

Trade Opportunities provides members with access to view trading activity, market commentary and educational information generated by UK Trading Academy’s professional trading team.

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Trade Opportunities:

  • Does not constitute financial advice.
  • Does not provide investment recommendations.
  • Does not guarantee profitability or trading success.
  • Should not be interpreted as a signal service or an instruction to buy or sell any financial instrument.
 

Any decision to place a trade remains entirely your own responsibility.

4. Trading risk

Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

You acknowledge that:

  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • UK Trading Academy makes no guarantee of profits, returns or performance.
 

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All Trade Opportunities content, including trade information, commentary, videos, documents, software, strategies and educational material, remains the intellectual property of UK Trading Academy.

Members may not:

  • Copy or reproduce any content.
  • Record or distribute any live sessions.
  • Share login credentials.
  • Publish or redistribute trade opportunities.
  • Provide access to any third party.
 

Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

All Trade Opportunities content, including trade information, commentary, videos, documents, software, strategies and educational material, remains the intellectual property of UK Trading Academy.

Members may not:

  • Copy or reproduce any content.
  • Record or distribute any live sessions.
  • Share login credentials.
  • Publish or redistribute trade opportunities.
  • Provide access to any third party.
 

Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Availability

Whilst UK Trading Academy aims to provide continuous access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Internet connectivity
  • Market conditions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
 

No compensation or refund will be payable for temporary interruptions.

8. Confidentiality and Prohibited Sharing

Trade Opportunities are proprietary and confidential information belonging exclusively to UK Trading Academy.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Service solely for your own private use.

You must not, without the prior written consent of UK Trading Academy:

  • Share, forward or communicate any Trade Opportunity with any other person.
  • Copy, reproduce or redistribute any Trade Opportunity or related content.
  • Take screenshots, screen recordings or photographs for the purpose of sharing or publication.
  • Publish Trade Opportunities on websites, forums, social media platforms, messaging applications (including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or similar services), or by email.
  • Use Trade Opportunities to operate or support any signal service, trading group, educational business or commercial enterprise.
  • Permit any third party to access your account or subscription.

Any unauthorised disclosure or distribution of Trade Opportunities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may also amount to a breach of copyright, confidentiality and intellectual property rights.

UK Trading Academy reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

  • Immediately terminate your subscription without refund.
  • Permanently block access to all UK Trading Academy services.
  • Seek compensation for any financial loss suffered.
  • Commence legal proceedings and seek injunctive relief to prevent any further unauthorised use or distribution.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future monthly payments but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Access will remain available until the end of the period already paid for.

9. Refund Policy

Trade Opportunities is a digital subscription that provides immediate access to live content and services upon purchase.

By subscribing, you expressly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that this begins immediately after payment.

Because the Service is supplied instantly, all subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, including where only part of the subscription period has been used.

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable consumer law or where UK Trading Academy determines, at its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances apply.

10. Disclaimer

Trade Opportunities displays trading activity undertaken by UK Trading Academy’s professional traders on company trading accounts.

The information provided is not personalised financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

Members remain entirely responsible for conducting their own research and making their own trading decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Trading Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses.
  • Lost profits.
  • Missed trading opportunities.
  • Business interruption.
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

12. Termination

UK Trading Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where a member:

  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • Shares Trade Opportunities with others.
  • Misuses the Service.
  • Attempts to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

13. Changes of These Terms

  • UK Trading Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms..
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Members Declaration

  • By accepting the terms and conditions and subscribing to UK Trading Academy’s Trade Opportunities service, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    I further acknowledge and agree that:

    ✓ I am at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

    ✓ I understand that Trade Opportunities is a recurring monthly subscription charged at £97.00 per month until I cancel my subscription.

    ✓ I authorise UK Trading Academy to collect the monthly subscription payment using my chosen payment method until I cancel.

    ✓ I request immediate access to this digital subscription service immediately upon payment.

    ✓ I acknowledge that, because the Service is supplied immediately upon purchase, I waive any applicable statutory cancellation rights once access has been provided, where permitted by applicable law.

    ✓ I understand that all subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

    ✓ I understand that Trade Opportunities displays trading activity undertaken by UK Trading Academy’s professional trading team on company trading accounts and is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

    ✓ I understand that Trade Opportunities is not financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, or a signal service, and should not be interpreted as a recommendation or instruction to place any trade.

    ✓ I acknowledge that trading leveraged financial products carries significant risk and that I may lose some or all of my invested capital. I accept full responsibility for every trading decision I make.

    ✓ I understand that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results and that UK Trading Academy makes no guarantee of profits or investment returns.

    ✓ I acknowledge that all Trade Opportunities, market commentary, educational materials, software, videos and related content are the confidential intellectual property of UK Trading Academy.

    ✓ I agree that I will not copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, publish, distribute, forward, communicate or otherwise share any Trade Opportunity or related content with any third party, whether free of charge or for commercial benefit.

    ✓ I understand that any unauthorised sharing or misuse of Trade Opportunities may result in the immediate termination of my subscription without refund and may lead to legal action for breach of contract, copyright, confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
