Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
At The London Trader Show on 1st November 2024 UK Trading Academy Will Be Giving £50,000 of Free Prizes For The Courses They Provide
1. The prize draw is organised by UK Trading Academy Ltd. Registered Office Address: Number 2 Waterton Park, Waterton Industrial Estate, Bridgend. Wales, UK CF31 3PH
How To Enter
2. Visit the UKTA exhibition stand at the London Trader Show on Friday 1st November, between 9.30 am and 2.45 pm to enter the free prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary
4. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact media@uktradingacademy.com
5. The UK Trading Academy reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
6. Unless otherwise stated, the prize draw is open to all except employees of UK Trading Academy or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
7. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.
8. Only one entry per person is permitted.
9. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
10. UK Trading Academy reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
The Draw
11. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by Paul Chalmers, after his seminar at the London Trader Show. In the OpenStage Theatre, on Friday 1st November 2024 at approximately 3.30 pm.
12. The winner must be present to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, a second winner will be chosen, and so forth, until such time as the prize can be claimed.
13. The decision of the UK Trading Academy regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. The UK Trading Academy Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
