Paul previously worked in industry at very senior position with his last
position being Operations Director UK and Europe for Tyco which is
the 44th largest company in the world. Paul was headhunted by many
blue-chip companies like Mitsubishi, Monsanto, Exxon, Pirelli and
Tyco to go into various divisions of their companies which were
experiencing difficulties.
His expertise was to use his vast skills to improve that company using
manufacturing excellence instilling Japanese methods of
manufacture, streamlining the management team and impacting on
quality and financial levels to improve both. Paul’s passion though was trading and did this alongside his work commitments.
Paul became interested in trading in 1998 and developed his own trading systems, while concentrating and developing institutional
trading skills through courses and the extensive network he was building in the financial industry.
